The Story Behind the Watch

Lillenberg MSSN

Lillenberg MSSN is my first watch made in a micro-series. Its creation was a journey of countless hours of planning, experimenting, making mistakes and, now and then, small successes.

I drew inspiration from the calm temperament, precision and practicality of Estonians, and from our firm belief in freedom and independence. I was also inspired by the level-headedness, composure, endurance and perseverance of Estonian soldiers in defending our values through the centuries.

The name MSSN is an abbreviation of the military term mission. It reflects the watch’s purposeful appearance and its emphasis on durability. With regular servicing every four to five years, it can give pleasure to its wearer for generations.
